IngredientsFOR THE PORRIDGE Water Milk Pinch of salt Ground Cinnamon Apple & Spice (optional) Banana (optional) Porridge (we used Creamy Meal/Semolina but you can use anything you like really - I found it works better with less stiff porridge) FOR THE TOPPING Yoghurt Fruit Cinnamon & Sugar to dust over the top | This was a family experiment that worked well! Changing some of the every-day less-than-exciting dishes just a little can prove fun and delicious. This is our weekend treat. The basic principle to how we make the porridge is to infuse the traditional pancake flavours (cinnamon and apple & spices) into the liquid while it heats up. Other than that you just use the same method you always do for making porridge, or if you're like me, you read the instructions on the side of the box and then wing it.
